Time for Labour to focus its fire on the Tories

Labour has elected Jeremy Corbyn as our new leader. It's now time to focus our fire on the Tories.

I was proud to back Andy Burnham in the Labour leadership campaign, and I am sorry he didn't win. However, Jeremy Corbyn has been elected and it is important everyone accepts the result. My congratulations also go to our new Deputy Leader Tom Watson.

My focus has always been, and will remain, on standing up for people here in Heywood and Middleton. Now the long leadership election is over, it is time for the Labour Party to concentrate on opposing the damage the Tories are doing.

I intend to get on with that job. Read about the ways I may be able to offer advice and support to you, and find all my contact details, by clicking the link below.
